THE HOW YOU HOLIDAY SURVEY DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

Hampshire Holiday Parks are giving away one (1) x $50 visa e-gift card each month for those who participate in The How You Holiday Survey. All survey participants will have the option to go into the draw to win.

Eligibility: The competition is only open to individuals who:  

• • • are residents of  New Zealand and are aged 18 years or older;
    • are not employees of Hampshire Holiday Parks, or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with this competition (Employee);  
    • are not a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an Employee; and  
    • have not been discovered to have breached these Terms and Conditions and
    • each entrant acknowledges that Hampshire Holiday Parks can rely on these Terms and Conditions even if Hampshire Holidays only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility to enter the competition after the prize has been awarded to the ineligible entrant.  

 Entry: 

• • • The competition commences at 12:00 am on 1 May 2025, and entries close at 11:59 pm on the last day of each month.
    • To enter, eligible entrants must complete the survey via https://hampshireholidayparks.co.nz/survey and then register via https://hampshireholidayparks.co.nz/survey-terms-and-conditions and provide their first name, last name, phone number and email address. 
    • One (1) entry per eligible entrant is allowed during the competition period.   

Submission Conditions:

• • • Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Hampshire Holiday Parks is not responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, or
      lost entries.  
    • Hampshire Holiday Parks accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries including entries not received by Hampshire Holidays,
      or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical issues.  
    • Entrants may only enter the competition once (by completing the survey)
    • Individuals who start the survey but do not submit it, will not be eligible to go into the draw to win a prize.
    • Hampshire Holidays reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process.  

Prize Details:

• • • Monthly Prize: One (1) x $50 Visa gift card issued electronically to the winner’s nominated email address.
    • The first draw will take place on 6 June 2025, with subsequent draws on the 7th day of each following month or the next available business day (Monday to Friday) if the 7th falls on a weekend or public holiday.
    • The total value of each monthly prize is $50.

Prize Conditions:

• • • The decision of Hampshire Holiday Parks is final, and no correspondence will be entered regarding the outcome.
    • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
    • If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of being notified, a redraw will occur.

Notification:

• • • Winners will be contacted directly via phone or email on Prize draws will take place on the 7th day of each month, or the next available business day (Monday to Friday) if the 7th falls on a weekend or public holiday. It is the winner’s responsibility to provide their contact details and claim their prize as instructed.
    • If a prize remains unclaimed, the second draw will be conducted 14 days after the initial notification. Failure to claim the prize will result in forfeiture.

General conditions:

• • Entry to the competition is free. Entrants will be responsible for all costs associated with entering the competition, which may include costs associated with accessing the internet.
  • The prize winner(s) will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize.
  • Personal information provided by an entrant to Hampshire Holidays for the purpose of entering the competition or information provided in the survey will be
