Our 2 Bedroom Beachfront Apartments offer modern self-contained accommodation.  Each of the six 2 Bedroom Beachfront Apartments are situated at the beach entrance and can sleep up to 8 people.|During peak season only mid December to the end of Waitangi weekend in February tents only can be located on sites between apartments and the beach. |These Beachfront Apartments offer all the comforts you need for a fantastic beach holiday. Take the opportunity to totally relax and enjoy as you take the stunning views of the ocean in from your own private balcony. |The 2 Bedroom Beachfront Apartments have two spacious bedrooms with a queen bed and a single bed in each room as well as a fold out couch in the lounge. The bathroom has a shower and complimentary toiletries. The lounge and dining area is separate and has comfortable furniture with a TV for your entertainment. All Beachfront Apartments are serviced with fresh towels upon request.| A modern fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities complimentary tea and coffee and a microwave is there for your convenience and private BBQ facilities are available for you to enjoy.|More Information|We require a 7 night minimum stay in all of our fixed accommodation for all high season bookings and a 2 night minimum stay over weekends during shoulder season. 2 Bedroom Seaview Apartments with Spa Pool

Our 2 Bedroom Seaview Apartments were upgraded in October 2021 and offer modern and luxurious self-contained accommodation. Each of the three 2 Bedroom Seaview Apartments are situated on the west side of the Holiday Park in S Block and can sleep up to 5 people. These Seaview Apartments are perfect for soaking up the sunshine with family or friends. Relax on your private balcony as the sun sets then take a soak in your very own 3 person spa pool. The 2 Bedroom Seaview Apartments have two sizeable bedrooms with a super king bed sized bed in the first bedroom and a super king and single bed in the second bedroom. The stylish bathroom has a shower and complimentary toiletries. The living area and kitchen have an open plan feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven hotplates microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher coffee machine and cooking utensils. The lounge has comfortable seating with a smart TV for your entertainment. There is also a BBQ on the balcony to enjoy cooking with a view. The Pool Motels are centrally situated and elevated to overlook the swimming pool playground jumping pillow and tennis court and are just a quick stroll to the beach and harbour. Each of the three Pool Motels are fully self-contained with accommodation for up to 5 people. Each Pool Motel also has an outdoor seating area to enjoy the sunshine. These motels have a double and single bed in the bedroom as well as a fold out couch in the lounge. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and complimentary toiletries. The lounge and dining area are separate and have a TV for your entertainment. The kitchen includes a fridge microwave stove top and cooking utensils with complimentary tea and coffee. Basic Cabins

Each of our four Basic Cabins were renovated in 2022. They are compact units that offer a comfortable sleeping space for 2 adults and 1 child. The double and single bed are in the same room. Linen is provided however you are required to bring beach/pool towels. These cabins offer basic cooking facilities and running water with a fridge cutlery crockery toaster jug and pots. There is the convenience of a table and chairs inside the cabin and a picnic table is placed right outside your door. There is no bathroom in the Basic Cabin but of course you have access to the A Block communal showers and ablution block in the direct vicinity of the cabins and are always clean and tidy. All Basic Cabins are just a short stroll to the beach and provide the ideal beach holiday accommodation for budget conscious travelers and those families requiring basic accommodation. Garden Motels

Our Garden Motels are centrally located in the Holiday Park and just a few meters away from the swimming pool bouncy pillow and playground.

Each of the four Garden Motels are fully self contained with accommodation for up to 4 people. Each Garden Motel has an outdoor seating are which is ideal for a sunny day. The motels have a double bed and a set of bunks in the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and complimentary toiletries. The kitchen and living area is separate with a lounge suite to enjoy some TV as well as a barstool table to enjoy a meal. The kitchen includes a fridge microwave oven and cooking utensils. One of our Garden Motels is mobility accessible. Bunk Cabin – 8 Berth

Our Bunk Cabin is situated in the central area of the Holiday Park and is just a few footsteps away from the A Block facilities.

Offering great value for families and groups each of our two Bunk Cabins can sleep up to 10 people. There are 4 bunk beds in the bedroom that can sleep up to 8 people and a fold out couch in the lounge which can sleep up to 2 people. The kitchen and lounge area is separate to the bedroom and includes a dining table and TV. The kitchen includes a fridge stove top microwave and cooking utensils and the A block kitchen is open for use of the ovens at anytime if needed. Outside the Bunk Cabin you’ll find a deck and a picnic table. The cabins look out to the park surroundings towards the beach and the beach access is less than a minutes walk from the cabin door. There is no bathroom in the Bunk Cabin but our A Block communal showers and ablution blocks are situated close to the cabins and are always kept clean and tidy. Although basic cooking facilities are available in the Bunk Cabin 8 berth you are welcome to use our communal kitchen and BBQ area if needed. Experience luxury glamping with our fully furnished safari tent. The tent has the environment and set up to cater for both a romantic retreat or a stay with the whole family. North-facing with stunning views of Ōhope Beach along to Motohorā Island our to Whakaari and along the east cape. Indoor/outdoor kitchen with pots & pans cutlery & crockery and cooking utensils provided. Fridge/freezer microwave Webber BBQ air fryer kettle and toaster provided. Bedding and towels provided; please bring your own towels for the beach.

Tenting Experience Site

Experience Tenting in one of our top-of-the range Coleman tents it is the perfect way to camp in style.

Each of the three Tenting Experiences can sleep up to 4 people with a bedding arrangement of 1 queen bed and 2 stretchers. The Tenting Experiences each have a TV fridge electric fry pan stove BBQ kettle toaster and cooking utensils. Towels are also provided and can be swapped by housekeeping upon request. There is no private bathroom however the A block amenities are just a few footsteps away. The Tenting experience tents are only available outside of low season. There are over 300 great spots at Ohope Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park to put up your tent or to park the caravan or motor home including 36 deluxe beach sites. Camping by the beach is a fabulous experience and where better to create these memories than Ohope Beach. Excellent communal facilities including the ablution and kitchen blocks SKY TV lounge games room laundry and washing lines and waste stations. You can fillet your catch of the day at the fish cleaning benches. The children can play for hours at the pool with slides playground jumping pillow tennis court mini golf and volleyball area all onsite. More Information Caravans requiring a connection to power must have a current warrant of fitness. Tents requiring power must have an approved isolating transformer or residual current device with a 10m lead.
