Eligibility: 

• The Giveaway is only open to individuals who:  
• are residents of New Zealand and are aged 18 years or older 
• Are not employees of Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ, or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with this competition.  
• Are not a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee; and  
• Have not been discovered to have breached these Terms and Conditions  
• Each entrant acknowledges that Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ, can rely on these Terms and Conditions even if Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ, only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility to enter after the prize has been awarded to the ineligible entrant.  

 Entry: 

• The Giveaway commences at 9am, Wednesday 29^th May 2024 and entries close at 9am, Friday 21^st June 2024. 
• To enter, eligible entrants must register via  https://bit.ly/4bOCHBD and provide their first name, last name, phone number, postcode and email address.   
• One entry per eligible entrant are allowed during the Giveaway period. 
• Entrants to the “All Blacks vs New Zealand Giveaway” acknowledge that entry to the Giveaway will serve as enrolment to receive the Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ email newsletter.   
• Eligibility for the Giveaway prize will require the entrant to remain a subscriber to the Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ email newsletter for the duration of the Giveaway period.   

Submission Conditions:

• Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete, or lost entries.  
• Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries including entries not received by Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ, or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical issues.  
• Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process. 

Giveaway Prize: 

• 4 x Tickets to the All Blacks versus England match in Dunedin on the 6th of July at Forsyth Barr Stadium. * Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ reserves the right to modify or change this prize should travel restrictions and or limitations apply that are outside of its control.  

• The prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries submitted during the Giveaway period by a representative of Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ. 
• The prize winner will be contacted directly via phone or email on 21^st June 2024 by a representative of Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ. 
• It is the responsibility of the prize winner to provide their contact details and claim their prize, as instructed by a representative of Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ. 
• If any prize remains unclaimed, a second prize draw will be conducted on Friday 28^th June 2024 (7 days after the original winner is notified). At this time the original winner forfeits all rights to the prize won. 
• If a second prize draw remains unclaimed within 14 days after the original winner is notified, this will result in forfeiture of the prize in total. 

Prize Conditions: 

• Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ’ decision is final, and no correspondence or communication will be entered in relation to the selection of the winners or any other aspect of this competition.  
• Value of prize is limited to the description in Giveaway terms and conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.  
• Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ commits to emailing the prize to the winner within 48-24 hours before game day (Saturday 6^th of July, 2024).
• If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway or reputation of this competition, Hampshire Holiday Parks NZ reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
